January 7, 2020 – BTS – The K-Pop superstars that have taken the world by storm the last several years have announced a brand new album.  Map of the Soul: 7 will be released on February 21, 2020 via Big Hit Entertainment.  The announcement, which came on the bands Twitter account, also links users to their community mobile app – Weverse.

As evidenced by the response on their social media pages, fans are extremely excited for new material from BTS.  Their fan base is as devoted as I’ve ever seen.  So, as the band’s sort-of-Army gets ready to help push the music, get ready to continue seeing the band everywhere as they gear up to promote Map of the Soul: 7.  

The album will follow the enormously popular and worldwide smash – Map of the Soul: Persona, that came out in April of 2019.  That album went to number one in multiple countries including their native Korea, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.  I would say it is very likely that this new album will repeat it’s former success in those same countries and probably add many more to the list.  The band just seems to be growing, daily.

While Map of the Soul: Persona featured some great collaborations with the Halsey featured – Boy With Luv and Ed Sheeran co-write – Make It Right, I’m excitedly curious to see what the group has come up with for this release.  Stay tuned to find out.
