Daryl Hall and John Oates have announced a massively huge 2020 summer tour that will begin on May 15th at the Foxwoods in Mashantucket, CT and end at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, NH.  This promises to be a fun filled summer as they are bringing along some friends to join them on the tour.  “Can’t wait to get out there and have some fun playing with my friends to all of my friends,” says Hall.  John Oates says, “I’m really looking forward to a big time 2020 tour!  Having KT Tunstall and Squeeze on the bill with us is just gonna make for an amazing night of music. Can’t wait to see you all on the road.”

The legendary British duo, Squeeze whose song Tempted is one of the most recognizable songs from the 1980’s and continues to be a staple on radio airplay, should provide for one of the most sing along moments on the tour.  “I have long been a Hall and Oates fan and this tour is a real treat, a chance to hear all of those great songs each night,” says Squeeze’s Chris Difford. “This is a tour I’m really looking forward to.  Fellow Squeeze member Glenn Tilbrook says, “I am so excited and jumping for joy with the prospect of this tour with Daryl Hall and John Oates.  They are the bees knees! I had the pleasure of seeing an awesome show of theirs in Kentucky last year, and feel that we are a match made in heaven, to be consummated at every show!”

Also joining them is singer songwriter KT Tunstall.  Her signature voice and hit songs such as Suddenly I See and Black Horse and the Cherry Tree are sure to bring out fans to see this amazing live performer in action.  “How did I get so lucky!” says KT Tunstall. “I’m going on a grand adventure across the United States this summer with my legendary friends Hall & Oates, along with incredible Squeeze. Just to see this show is a thrill … being on the tour … talk about making my dreams come true … (Go on, you know you wanna sing it). Come and join us for a show!”

Hall and Oates are the best selling duo of all time and boast a set list that is second to none.  Having 34 songs chart in the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and 6 number one hits will do that for you.  Hits such as Rich Girl, Kiss On My list, Private Eyes, I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do), Maneater and Out Of Touch are sure to energize the crowd.  In 2003, the legendary duo was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. In 2008, they were honored at BMI’s Pop Awards with the Icon Award, and in 2014, they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In 2016, they together received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

This is one tour you are not going to want to miss.  Great music, outdoor venues and warm summer breezes make this one a no brainer.
