Dave Thomas O’Gorman is likely to sooth your your mind with his soft vocals, enchanting acoustic guitars and descriptive songwriting.
His song ‘The Sweetest Blood’, has a soft touch but has a lot of bite to it (I honestly didn’t mean the pun there). The array of excellent vocal harmonies keeps my ear peaked throughout the song. That combined with some great guitars combine with violins and bass make this track an instant coffeehouse favorite.
O’Gorman has been building a fan base and 2022 should be a great year for this singer-songwriter. His profile has been boosted thanks to some of his own musical heroes. James Taylor recently endorsed Dave’s version of “You Can Close Your Eyes” on social media. Feist invited Dave to showcase his music at her concert in the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. A cover of St. Vincent ’s “Slow Disco” has been watched over 1 million times on social media receiving over 35 thousand reactions and shares.
