Harry Styles Reaches #1 on the Billboard Hot 100

…And NEW!!

Harry Styles is knocking down many achievements with his latest album, Fine Line.  Today he scores his first number one song on the elusive Billboard Hot 100 Music Chart.

The song Watermelon Sugar, an absolute fan favorite, has been gaining momentum and ascends to number one by jumping six spots from last week’s previous ranking of number seven.

I keep my eye on the charts but also look out for trends on social media platforms like Twitter.  I’ve noticed fans have been diligent in not only requesting Watermelon Sugar on radio stations but being pro-active and positive in supporting Styles and calling to action all fans to share the song with their friends and mates on Twitter in hopes of attracting new fans and listeners of the song.

Harry Styles maintains one of the most die-hard, kind and positive fan bases in all of the music industry.  His mantra of treating people with kindness, really seems to rub off on people.  And now he has a number one song and his fans couldn’t be happier for him.  Heck, they should share in this triumph as their dedication has definitely helped the cause.

At the core of it though, Watermelon Sugar is a damn good song that is rightfully taking its place atop the Hot 100.  I’ve said it before, The track has that hit factor and from a personal level, people that I have shared the track with have begun to fall in love with it as well.  Just like the millions before them.  It may have been a long time coming but the payoff is sweet as.. well, you know.

Time go give this song another listen!

  1. Really wish Treat People With Kindness would rub off on his fans. They are some of the most toxic fandoms out there. I hope they become better with this success, but I’m afraid they will just get worse.
