Kid Cudi – Man on the Moon III: The Chosen
Kid Cudi has announced the release of his next album, ‘Man on the Moon II: The Chosen’, will be this Friday December 11.
The album is the third in Cudi’s ‘Man on the Moon’ series with the first being released in 2009. The first ‘Man on the Moon’ album was Cudi’s debut studio album and was released to critical success. The album received three Grammy nominations and featured Cudi’s big hit “Day ‘n’ Nite”.
The first two albums have followed similar themes of loneliness, isolation, and depression. These themes are more top-of-mind than ever considering what the past year has turned into.
‘Man on the Moon III will have featured guests Phoebe Bridges, Pop Smoke, and Trippie Redd. This album will be Cudi’s first solo album since 2016’s ‘Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin’’.
In the announcement Cudi describes the album as:
“In the last 10 years, Scott Mescudi has been through hell and back, after feeling like his world was over, he found hope and overcame the darkness that was plaguing his life.
