Get ready for The Metal Alliance Tour 2018 as it hits Detroit’s Magic Stick on November 23rd. Get tickets here: The Majestic. The tour, which started in Louisiana on Halloween, has been going full blast, traveling city to city to big crowds of heavy metal fans. The tour features five bands, all ready to destroy you as soon as the show starts.
Headlining this years tour is none other than Death Metal legends: GOATWHORE. The tour kicked off in their hometown of New Orleans and these guys have been bringing it every night. They have built quite the following and make sure their fans get their money’s worth.

The Casualties have been around for a long time. While they have had some lineup changes over the years, the bands desire to punch you in the face with their music has not changed. Formed in NYC, they’ve been apart of the street punk scene for decades.

Black Tusk – This metal trio from Georgia has seen it’s share of sadness. After losing their band mate, bassist/vocalist and brother in music, to a tragic motorcycle accident, the band decided to carry on. After Jonathan Athon’s passing I’m sure there were many days of doubt but their decision to push forward is much more than just music. He was a remains a part of the band. In fact, the band still lists Athon as a member on their Facebook page.

Great American Ghost – Four piece from Boston, MA. Hardcore at its finest. Strong vocals, precise guitars, and a killer rhythm section. These guys are making waves and drawing crowds.

The fifth band on this epic tour is GOZU – This rock band, signed to Metal Blade Records bring a nice blend of hard guitars and nice melodic vocals to the tour. They had me at Ricky ‘The Dragon’ Steamboat.
